Cabinet falling off 17 thor miramar

We have a thor miramar that has a screw that stripped from the ceiling that holds our cabinet up. Does anyone know how to get to this screw? We would like to take it out and put a new screw in. Would like to avoid using L bracket or take it in for repair as we are on the road now. We have a 2017 Thor Miramar 37.1. Thorr was no help on the phone so looking to see if anyone had any advice. thanks!
