Open the drawer fully.
Feel around each slide where the inner bearing race meets the outer one. You should feel a little plastic lever. One side goes up, the other down. I don't remember which is which.
Pull out gently as you flip the levers (simultaneously) and you should feel them release.
Give the drawer a tug and it should come right out.
To replace the drawer slide the outer races back in the cabinet.
Line up the inner races on the drawer with the outer ones.
Slide them slowly together keeping them lined up. As some point they will feel like they are engaged. That's the time to give the drawer a rather firm shove to seat everything.
The slides have a nice coating of grease - it feels wonderful.
