I had that happen frequently with my 5th wheel.

You can squeeze it and push it back into the rail--you may have to pull some out to get enough slack for it to fit around the curve. Its best to do that on a warm day.

I'm not very skilled at these types of repairs...
But I agree with Jamie... with perhaps the addition of a drop or three of your favorite adhesive.
Good luck!

it's just vinyl trim insert that slides into the aluminum trim.
It was likely put in a bit too tight and shrinkage causes it to pull out. I'd go all the way to the end of the strip, it is likely folded over under itself with a screw to pin it. Take that screw out to see if you have any slack.
otherwise, just replace the whole span of it. It's cheap....and it would give you a chance to inspect all the screws under it.... easy job.

Warm it up with your hair dryer first.

Yea I have tucked it in and it just pops out. Maybe I will just replace it. Looks like it is cheap to buy. Thanks.

Same thing happened to us. Went to check on it this winter and it had poped out. Waited until a good warm day and just squeezed back into place. I will probably add a little adhesive when it gets warmer out so it'll stay in place.
