Slide and awning not working

I checked my new batteries for the first time and now my awning and slide do not work. Inverter shows full batteries and inside lights and radio are working. Reset circuit breakers and changed slide fuse but still not working. No error codes coming from inverter. Help. I have a 2018 Chateau 22B

Define "checked my new batteries".

Do you have the coach running? key in the ignition? Lots of coaches have a slide/awning interlock that prevent their movement when the engine is "on".

Thanks for this. My engine was running but the key answer was from someone on another forum who suggested I start the generator or hook to shore power.....and boom....everything worked! Thanks for replying
