Thank you so much for explaining. Timing of all of this comes at a bad time when I really need this RV to be working. Dog just diagnosed with cancer. Going to Purdue for evaluation in the morning and will be there till late evening. So now I have to take all three dogs one of which is a diabetic and be there all day. So sad that Thor plan such a terrible design on the battery placement. Definitely learn a lesson for the next purchase.
