I have a 2014 Thor coach, can you check the check engine light codes yourself.
And if you can where to check it and with what meter is required.

You will need a code reader that plugs into the on board diagnostics port. There are a bunch of options available for code readers. Run a google search and you'll get a ton of options to choose from.

I guess it depends on the type of coach you have I have a class C freedom elite and my plug-in is just below the steering wheel

Most auto parts stores can read the codes for you if you don’t have a code reader
