40RX Tuscany

We purchased our Tuscany in February and it has been in out of the repair shop since. When our large slide is in, the bottom of the slide hits the trim piece attached to the coach, thus is scratching and knocking the paint off of the trim piece and is also popping the end caps on the slide off. It also is loosing the trim piece on the coach. We had one repair facility "fix it" and when we used it the top of the slide out would not come out the whole way, but it wasn't hitting the side of the coach when it was in. So we took it to another repair facility and they "fixed it" so that the top of the slide came out the whole way,but now it is back to hitting the coach again when in. We can't win for loosing. Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone else ran into this issue before?

Thanks

We have been working with Thor and their service centers in the area and it still is not fixed...that is my issue. Nobody seems to know how to fix it. The last place worked with Thor Techs and it still isn't fixed.

Talk to thor directly, not through the dealership. If necessary, make them take it back to the factory on their dime to repair it

40RX Lemon

We are still waiting for repairs to be done, it has been 8 months, going on 9 months. Thor says they expedite parts, which makes you think they send them asap, well not true. We have been waiting for a new trim piece for a month now. They send some parts and not others. I called them to find out when they are sending parts and they responded that they are waiting for a backordered part. Why not send what you have so at least some of the issues can be fixed. Everytime we get to use it we come back with more problems. This coach is a lemon. It is in the repair shop more than it is in our possession. Thor talks a good talk. Our repair list is never ending. When we spend this kind of money, I expect it to be right. If this were a car, it would have been returned to the dealer. If this were a house, I would be suing the builder.
