cigarette lighter air pump adapter to 110 voltage?

Has anyone ever tried these for a 120 psi cigarette lighter air pump? I have a tire air pump and wanted a backup to be able to plug onto the 110 volt on the outside of the MH.

Wouldn't it be easier to just connect this to the batteries under the step?

Two amps, the spec on that product, will not run a tire pump. You need more like 10 amps for any decent 0ne.

2A is pretty low and not likely to be enough for a compressor. How many amps (or watts) does your compressor pull?

10 amps is the minimum for a cigarette lighter air compressor. Some are 15 to 20 amps.

You will need something like this to run that Air Compressor from 120 VAC:
