Cigarette lighter fuse location

Hello there, I own a 2008 31H fourwinds windsport and my cigarette lighter don't have any power, I was wondering if anyone can tell me where is the fuse for this item located at. I already checked under the bed, under driver panel and even the one in engine compartment and no luck! Is there a special location for it? Thanks in advance.

This is the link to a site that had the 2015/16 power distribution boxes. In the new ones it is either 70 or 72. This site might have info for prior years. The link I sent is for the stripped chassis.
