City water check valve
2015 Thor Chateau. Call Thor on Monday to find a part number?
Water flowing out about as fast as we can put it in. I pushed, pulled, etc the valve won't shut. Will make a run to Gander this evening to see if they have anything in stock.

Is the cone shaped screen backwards? Many times it is reversed during winterization and then not returned to normal before de-winterizing.

Thanks but no it's not. I pulled it out and fiddled with the valve for several minutes but it won't stop pouring out.

If it ever quits raining, I'll take remove the panel and see if it can be repaired.

I had this same part fail on a 9 month old 2020 4 winds 31Y. Camping world didn’t have one and said they could take pictures and file warranty claim. Would take a month or more. I went to WW and got a cheap plastic fitting for temporary use until the one from Amazon arrived. Works great. I now carry a spare.

After waiting a couple of weeks on Thor, I bought one off Amazon and installed it today.
Wish they would have left a little slack in the lines to make the install easier.

The original was tan.
The one I put on was white.
The one from Gander is black.
