City water hook up for Thor hurricane 2014

Even when I’m hooked up to city water, the system still draws from my storage tank. Is there a bypass switch I’m not seeing? Isn’t it automatic when city water is connected it doesn’t draw from the water storage tank?

It is when you turn your water pump OFF. No need to have it on when connected to city water.

My 2014 Hurricane has a switch in the water bay that you may need to switch. RV is 40 miles away in storage so can't get pic. But from memory it has a normal, city fixtures, winterize, and something else, cant remember.
That switch must be set correctly to do what you want to supply the water to the RV.
As said above, once set correctly, you wont need pump on to have water. Thx, Dennis.
