City water not working

Hi

First trip out with new pd31. Connected to park water and everything seemed fine. Ran out slide and then no water.

Checked connection at hose, removed pressure regulator disconnected hose ran water through hose everything fine. Reconnected hose turned on water Nothing in coach Still no water

Only with pump on do we get water and I am guessing that is coming from tank.

Any ideas ???

Is the hose connection on the side of the slide out? Sounds like the hose kinked when the slide came out. I bet it comes into the coach under the kitchen sink. Take a look and see if you can see it.

We have some what the same but different problem. The water to the bathroom gets cut down to a small stream. We know that the line somewhere under the floor has a bend in it causing the problem. The way we fixed it was to hook up to water before the slide goes out. Run some water to get the air out then open the slide. One of these days I will try and track down the problem but until that happens we just keep doing the water first thing.

I have a 2016 PD31 and the supply line from the city water connection would kink when the slide was in. In my unit, the connection is below the small drawers to the right of the sink. Three pex lines come up out of the floor there and connect to cheap plastic supply lines. I replaced all of mine with braided stainless ones. Also I had to attach a strap around them and screw it to the cabinet frame to hold the fittings up high enough so that the lines wouldn't kink when the slide comes in and mashes everything together.
