THOR Back orders
I am trying to get some parts from THOR in Indiana, many are on back order. Does anyone know if this is a systematic problem with supply chain from the COVID outbreaks?
Some folks tell me THOR had windows back ordered.

thank you! I just got sticker shock last week and I wanted to know it wasn't just me. I told the THOR customer service rep, i just got up off the floor, when she told me the price.

Last year a forum member was trying to order tail light lens screws through Thor.
What part are you waiting on?
And
I thought Thor didn't sell parts direct to the consumer....
Did they change policy?

Thor buys everything they install from someone else. So I would look for another vendor for my parts needs. Not that a supply shortage only effects Thor, but the prices might be less expensive at other vendors.

Talk about sticker shock... I just paid $12 at Lowe's for a tube of light gray silicone caulk to finish my kitchen tile backsplash. Talk about being held hostage... 
Was around $4 this time last year...

Most things are made in China and need to be produce, packaged, and shipped within the/a 100% COVID-19 free city. That is China's way of controlling the spread. Well they have been locked down for weeks with no end in site. So far lock downs in China are spreading. Apparently the Chinese vaccine in not very effective and China will not purchase the western vaccine. So do not hold your breath waiting for parts.

then i feel lucky, but paid the price to keep this RV OEM compatible., i understand getting a window from China is close to impossible.
