Class A Outlaw Ramp/Door slowly not fitting

I have a 2016 37RB Toy Hauler.
Starting a couple months ago, I noticed that the rear gate/door appears to be shifting to the driver side over time. It has now reached a point that the cable bracket is hitting the door opening frame and won't close without a lot of persuasion. Meanwhile the other side has a gap that continues to get larger.
I measured the diagonals of both the opening and the door. The opening is only off by an 1/8" (over a span of 130") and the door is within an 1/8".

I'm thinking the hinge? But I see no gaps, bends or anything unusual with it.

Has anyone experienced this? How did you correct it?

Thanks!
