Class A Thor Challenger 37LX wiper issues

While using the wipers the passenger side laid all the way towards driver side and locked the driver wiper too. This is the second Motorhome I’ve had that does this. Everything on the wiper blades seem tight. Is there anything else that needs to be righted?

Check on line as Thor has issued a recall for certain year/coach windshield wiper systems. I think the Challenger 2016 is one of them. My links don't always work on this forum so if not just search on line and you should find the references.
