Do you know what I need to do to fix it?
Or do you know the part number and where to purchase?
I am not being funny. I just need guidance.

I do not since my coach is another brand. You should be able to tell if the latch is broken. If it’s not broken you might be able to adjust it so it works better. Assuming you have other drawers that work ok and use the same latch you should be able to figure out what is wrong. If the latch is broken you can likely ask Thor to send you a new one. If you ask nicely enough I’d guess they’ll be happy to send you one even if you are out of warranty. If all that fails you probably can buy a latch at a big box home center that will do the job. Good luck

The drawer slides usually have adjustments on the tension stops. All you need is a small flat screwdriver. Look at the outer ends of the slides. Start with just half a turn or so.

Are you able to post a pic of the troublesome latch?

Thank you for your response. The coach is park in its home. I will be going out at the end of the month to camp. After I open the slide and get set up I will try your suggestion and get back with you.
Thanks!

Hey ! 2 drawers in our Axis have broken latches. One drawer is under our closet...the other is one of the large drawers under to cooktop.
We have put it off for a couple months ... actually forget it when not in motorhome !
Anyhow...we are going to get two of the simple drawer latches at our local
Ace Hardware store. We will take in the broken parts so we can match size, etc. But, we will NOT go back to that cheap, brittle plastic item Thor seems to think works just fine.

good luck...

We had a problem with a couple of cabinets not staying closed. Dealer made some adjustments (didn’t help) and suggestions I didn’t like because the new locks they wanted to put on would have been so hard to pull that I figured they wouldn’t work.
I put child safely locks on them. They just stick on and you use a magnet to unlock. They hold really well(I’ve watched grandkids pull with all they had) and don’t budge. Beauty of them is they go on Easy and when we are stopped for any time I set them to unlock and don’t have to pull so hard.
I’ve done away with all the standard locks and put these everywhere. They are so easy to work and invisible.

Thor uses staples to secure a block of wood that holds latches in place. You have to remove drawer and I used two 1” screws and screwed the blocks of wood in from inside cabinet make sure screws are not to long and go threw to front of cabinet. I did all drawers

These were a direct replacement for the latches on my 29M.

If you replace your locks don't buy the cheap knock-off version (that would be the same garbage Thor installs when building the RV), get the good brand.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I just ordered a set of four because two of my drawers will not lock after five trips. I don't even bother with warranty claims unless it would be something really expensive or I don't have the skills or tools.

Another option for drawer latches -

https://www.westmarine.com/buy/white...3?recordNum=12

Made for boat applications and more. I used some like these for heavy drawers that kept coming opened while driving. Not this same one but very similar. Great because you can adjust the tension with a screw driver.

They are a bit challenging to install (for me they were) but once installed they work great!

The cheap plastic ones kept failing on me for one drawer in particular. This has solved the problem for good

my drawers have spring loaded latches that grab hooks...the hooks being attached to the underside of the drawer's front face.
Sometimes these latches if a little out of alignment will trip the spring latch when the hook isn't in them
...but the hook must be in them to pull out and untrip the spring latch.
if this is the case the hook can't re-insert
and the drawers probably won't close all the way....

use a small screwdriver or other "tool" to pry the latch out, then the hook can go in and latch it.....
