Exclamation Coating a newer EPDM roof?

I got up on the roof of my “new to me” Crossroads TT and everything looks good. It’s a 2011 TT……should I be thinking about coating the EPDM roof “just because”…..or is that overkill if everything looks good? Do the EPDM roofs ever degrade to the point where they look ok (not cracks or holes), but still let water in?

Thanks for the info!

All I ever did to our TT/5th wheel EPDM roofs was to ensure that they were sealed (had the 5th wheel for about 10 years and never had an issue with the roof).

I dont wear shoes on my roof. left too many scuff marks. And I clean and use a roof protector once a year
