If you're staying in your coach just keep the furnace on and the interior lines will be fine (all the fresh water lines are above the floor in the heated compartment).
If you want to take extra precautions:
- Open cabinet doors and drawers to let the warm furnace air circulate (although the ductwork will keep the areas under the beds plenty warm)
- Get a gallon of the RV antifreeze and pour some (like a couple of cups) down the drains for the waste tanks
- Turn on the waste tank heaters
- On your way there stop and top off the propane tank--you'll go through a lot
That's about it, oh and enjoy.
If you're not staying in it and storing it: yes winterize.
The first weekend out in our 24.1 we went camping when it was 32f the whole weekend, never warmer or colder. Burned through a whole tank of propane. When I got home I re-winterized the coach (yeah April in Michigan! LOL)
