Compass Gray tank light on

All tanks emptied but the left gray tank light remains at 3/4 full on the display on my 2016 Thor Compass. The plumbing is a little screwy on this coach, so I'm not sure if the shower and sink go into the gray tank or not? Some say the shower goes into the black tank?
Anyone have a cure for this? Thanks

It is not unusual for grey and black tank sensors to remain on after the tanks are empty on any coach. Some folks swear by using liquid dishwasher detergent (not sure if any is still out there for sale?) to make the tanks slippery so remnants are less likely to cling onto the stock sensors. There are also after market sensors that can be retrofitted that are supposed to be more immune to the clingons; and still others that mount on the outside of the tanks that capacitively sense the tank fluid levels. We camp with both tank blade valves closed until we need to empty and even if you are careful with cleaning and additives we still get some lights registering when we know they are empty. Usually after the sensors dry off again the indicators will go out. Just part of the excitement.

Not sure about your coach, but for many, the kitchen and shower empty to grey and the toilet and bathroom sink empty to black.
