Axxera in dash radio

I know this has been discussed before, but I cannot find the thread. What have others upgraded to from the factory Axxera radio? I would like one with navigation and a CD player. Any suggestions?

I hated the factory radio. My audio guy, Scott at Total Eclipse, Belleville, IL did an amazing install of a Sony head unit. The bluetooth works so much better, as does the CD, controls and sound quality. It is not a Nav unit, but Sony does have that option. The remote is small, works great and the wife can adjust sound from the rear bed.
