2017 Miramar Roof seal.

Hi. I have a 2017 Miramar new to me . My question what should I clean and seal the roof with. I don’t think the previous owner did any roof maintenance. The roofs in good shape? Just want to keep it that way.

I clean mine with 303 convertible top cleaner and coat it with 303 protectant every spring. Other than that, I just wash it wash it with car wash soap when I clean the coach. So far so it is working well.
