Um nothing.
In our case the TV antenna is still the batwing one that retracts (lays flat against the roof). No issues with that as it doesn't even touch the cover (lays next to A/C cover which is much taller).
The small stubby radio antenna doesn't seem to have an issue with the cover laying on it (ours is angled back slightly but hasn't bent at all from the cover).
Our cover came with a small piece to protect the top of the ladder; haven't used that either and haven't had a problem.
I'll be covering ours back up, most likely in a couple of weeks. This will be the third winter with this same cover on it.
