If you have a 2016 Thor RV it is probably out of warranty.

Now if you have something newer post the year make and model.

I would think 2019 is out of factory warranty but do you have an extended warranty? You should call Thor and ask them about your warranty status.

Really you too. Yes it's a thor and yes it out of warranty. But after trying since January 2020 to get a hold of someone and couldn't and giving up on all the other things falling off I finally get a hold of a person that just bull++++ me with double talk that she could help. Only to deny the repair. IM SO DONE WITH THOR AND CRAPPY DEALERS. I've got so much tied up in this junk that I'll have to either fix it myself which I can but feel that this and the rest of the problems is due to poor quality and it should not have left the factory like this. Wood trim falling off bathroom doors coming coming out of ghe ceiling. Shot linoleum in the bedroom and this list goes on and on. For 100k and less that 5k on the rig these things I shouldn't have to deL with a new coach.
