Cushion fabric Disintegrating on Hurricane Seats

Hello: Has anyone had their 34' Thor Hurricane cushions recovered? The fabric has literally disintegrated and no pets or other factors caused this. Wondering what the costs would be to cover all. Thanks!

It will depend completely on the shop you find. Find several in your area if you can to get estimates. One shop told us almost 2 grand to re-cover our chaffing captain seats. Another said about $900. If you have booth dinette seats, have extra firm foam installed too.

I am in Texas and my coach is a 2014. At this moment we are having the dinette and sofa reupholstered, this will cost us around $2000. and the material is heavy duty that will last much longer than the Thor upholstery. We will get the captain chairs done at a later date, due to time constraint. Not sure now the cost for them. My upholsterer said Thor material is in the best grade but is NOT able to withstand constant use. Ours looked like a dandruff storm had hit the RV. Ours will be complete by the 1 of Feb. Hope you find someone good to reupholster your unit. We purchased the material at his cost so it kept the final cost down. We travel with 3 Shih-Tzu.

We have a 2014 Windsport 34E, the seat started deteriorating last year and seem to be spreading like a cold. We found a small upholstery shop that had been around for awhile and he gave us a good estimate. I bought the material at his cost also, so with labor and all, it will be around $1700 for the sofa and dinette. And then another$600 to $700 for both captain seats. Click image for larger version

Glad you found someone to reupholster, Found it is far cheaper to reupholster than buy new replacements. Hoping ours will be done by mid-week. Got a trip coming up 30 Jan. We chase Granddaughters softball circuit, College and Select. 2 girls
