Dash AC

On a recent trip, I turned on the RV's dash air conditioner, felt a slight "puff" of air and then nothing---no cool air and no fan. I tried the fan on low, medium, and high settings with the other settings on AC, max AC, vent --- still nothing. I am wondering if there is some simple trouble shooting I could do before heading off to my mechanic....could it be a blown fuse? If so, where would I find it? This is in a 2015 Vegas 24.1 (E-350). Thanks.

Had the same problem 2 years ago. Try the fuse box to the left under steering wheel. Was a blown fuse. It is a 25 amp fuse. I believe it's is on the bottom right of fuse box. If this does the trick don't run the ac on high.

Are you sure it is the AC and not the fan. A year ago my fan quit working on any speed when I turned it to high. It turned out to be a Thor issue...not Ford and was repaired free by the dealer. It was a fairly quick fix once the dealer had the replacement part. It had something to do with the wiring harness used for the fan. My dealer was fully aware of the issue when I called them to schedule the repair.

Miramar Owner, thanks for info on the wiring harness for fan. I'll check the fuse, then proceed to having the fan harness looked at. (My apology for the double post. )
