Our blower made a horrendous whine so I changed my blower motor on a 2015 Palazzo but may not be the same as yours. To do it I removed the radio by pushing wire into the 4 corner hole releases of the radio. That releases the radio clips and it slides out. With the radio out you can get a hand in the opening and remove the 4 nuts holding the central dash panel bolts. Now the panel can be pulled and the opening is large enough to gain access to the blower motor. Remove the hoses and the blower is held in with 4 bolts. Remove and replace, then reinstall everything. You may want to pull the fuses for the 12v outlet. I blew mine.
