Entrance door on Four winds is stuck

Door is unlocked, unable to open from outside & inside. Has anyone else had this problem?

Many have, broken latch. It breaks with the locking bar extended. You have to disassemble the lock to get to it.

Thanks, door was replaced over 1yr ago. Worked fine until now.

Not sure if my doors are the same but I had to readjust the locking post on the door jam. Door started doing same thing. I've heard people having problems once the jacks are down...body flexes a little and door won't open smoothly.
