Dashboard problem

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem with the dash on their motor home. The lower section that holds the ignition switch, exterior lights and parking brake actuator has come loose. The glue holding the bolts to the top section has failed. Any ideas? I attached a picture of the problem. Can’t set or release parking brake without 2 hands!

Put your camera below it pointing up to see what has failed.

Additional photos

The first shows where the screw was glued. The second shows the back of only screw that hasn’t failed.

Well it's hard to say from pictures; but it looks more like the black plastic support has failed rather than the screw itself; allowing the dark brown plastic to sag,

Is it easy to remove the upper light brown plastic piece to get to the screw area? If so, it should be an easy fix with additional clamping screws.
