De-winterizing for the 1st time

New here and new RV owners. Purchased a 2014 Thor Four Winds 31w. Soo many questions. 1st is I had the coach winterized by RV dealer. Now I am on 1st camping of the season and I hooked the city water up and it is just running out the low point exit. Where is the valve??? I have looked everywhere and watched every you tube video. I put the plug back in the water heater but what am I missing??
Help!

Go inside the RV and find the plumbing directly above where the water is coming from underneath, probably under the kitchen sink area. Look VERY CLOSE at the pex pipes... you should find black expanding foam where the pipes go through the floor. Look for TINY black t-handle valves. The handles are pulled UP when open, DOWN is closed.

Hopefully you flushed everything out and sanitized the tank and plumbing?

Thankyou for your advice. I finally found them under the fridge behind a drawer but directly over the low point. I am flushing and sanitizing. These valves are in the most inaccessible spot posible... still sore frome the position needed to reach.

Thanks for the help!

I found my low point drains today. I located them by crawling around underneath then figuring they must be in the panel under the refrigerator. Sure enough they were. Really hard to find. Also hard to use. The two valves are on top of one another and there is a pipe running across the top of them.

The benefit of having the little t-handle valves inside is that they're in a heated space... as opposed to using external valves on the underbelly. We never camp in freezing temperatures so it doesn't matter. I converted ours to quarter turn valves after the t-handle valves started leaking, probably caused by debris stuck in the valve. It required a major tear out, and external valves were the simple option.

Make sure your water heater isn’t on until you have flushed the system and the tank is full.
