dead radio and camera

OK-checked all the posts-for servicing - completely dead radio and camera's.
None of them stated how you access the components??? Does it come out thru the front --if so -where are the releases and what am I looking for??
Have the engine cover off and doesn't look like I can access from the bottom.
This is an xterra 615 unit
I've seen where thor has a maintenance site but misplaced that address.

Try turning the store/use switch to use.

Confused. What is your rig? Did you check the fuse first? Thor can provide schematics on request, suggest you do that. On the Vegas, there is a cover above the radio for access. There is a pair of U shaped metal release tools to remove the radio from the front.

Radio fuse

Some radios have a fuse in the back. Some are under the wire harness plug. Radio is either mounted in a bracket that’s bolted down or it just slides in and can be removed with two thin butter knives inserted on both sides of the radio. Too easy. Try the reset button if there is one. Careful with it cause it gets damaged easily

I presume your camera is part of the head unit too? Check for a ground issue with your radio while looking for the fuse. Loose wire potentially could do this. Is the issue intermittent or just started and no longer working at all?

Just because your light is on does not mean the USE/STORE switch is in USE. What's the voltage of your house batteries - measured at the batteries with a voltmeter, not the simple panel indicator.

Mine is always plugged in as well, but that doesn't mean the switch wasn't tripped to store. I know because the same condition you're experiencing happened to me and it was the switch. It was toggled to store and the camera and radio appeared dead.
