Dometic refrigerator

Greetings to all. I have a 2018 Thor Quantum rw28 equipped with a Dometic refrigerator. The frig works too good. If there is such a thing in an RV. The problem is that no matter what setting I set the temperature control at it freezes most everything in the frig area. Has anyone encountered this? If so what or how did you fix it? I like cold beer but not frozen lettuce.

Mine does that on 4 or 5 setting so I usually keep it on 3. Sounds like yours works even better than mine. Where is your thermistor located? Mine is on the third fin from the left half way down.

We are having same issues with ours. The manual says it is factory set with no mention of adjustment but there is the slider on far right fin next to label the points up for colder. We had it as low as it can go and still freezes. Was not like this originally. Just our last two trips out. Tomatoes are hard as base balls. ��
