Diesel leak

We have our 2021 Thor sv34 at a Ford dealership getting the recall completed on the transmission.
They called and told us that the fuel lines were leaking along the frame.
They said when Thor mounted the coach on the f550 frame they need to splice the fuel, causing the leak.
Not covered under Ford warranty, I'm submitting thru CW to Thor.
Took 5 hours of labor plus the new line.

Is it a synthetic line?

Thor is usually good when it comes to reimbursing for legitimate repairs under warranty. I have dealt directly with Thor Warranty Customer Service and they sent me a check when I had to replace the pressure sensor in my leveler power unit.

You might want to submit directly to Thor also.
Judge is right. They're on top of it for customers.

Some harried clerk at CW isn't going to give it any more priority than for the guy who wants a new cap for his freshwater inlet.
You'll just be one sheet of paper in a stack of a hundred.

And
Five hours sounds ridiculous for something like that unless they had to drop the tank.
Maybe not, maybe so.
