Dinette table mount issues

Has anyone else had issues with their dinette table detaching from the wall? We hardly ever use it and the screws stripped out of the wall.

We have a 33.5 Thor Miramar

Have not had issues with the table, but it if you go around your RV will find many screws that are stripped out, they use screw guns at the factory and over tighten a lot of the screws.

My Hurricane has about 127 screws holding in the dinette table. There are more screws than paneling in that area.

Home Depot sells them along with ACE and Lowe’s...really cool!

Picture of those do-dads is great. Do you happen to know what they are called?

While the screws holding mine to the wall are OK, I checked the machine bolts underneath and they used a too short bolt where the nylon lock nut was not engaged! Just a 1/4" longer and they would have been good. Several had loosened and made the table very shaky.
If you attempt this, watch the gas shock there is some tension there. I took the tabletop off when to lessen the load.

Yes, it was my table that had come adrift...took it down and those ‘Hex Drive Thread Inserts’ worked excellently well...the 8 or so screws into the wall scared me somewhat because as they were in fact holding quite well as they were long, some had corrosion on them...yikes!
