Replace when worn and loose. A lot of suspension and driveline components no longer are serviceable, that lifetime thing, and nothing you can do except inspect and replace when bad. If/when you replace a U-joint or suspension component such as tie-rod end, ball joint, there may be replacement parts that have the lubrication points. Till then, inspect.
