Driver seat removal Windsport 35M

Thinking of removing my driver seat so I can do some electrical work under the dash. If anyone has done this before I could use some guidance before I try it. Is it held in with studs or captured nuts? Will I have to have a wrench on top and underneath?

Thanks

Shawn

Not sure on the Windsport, but I just removed the drivers seat on our 2016 ACE.
It was held on with four 3/4" bolts/nuts. I used locking pliers inside the coach and went outside and reached over drivers tire with ratchet to loosen. I did raise front end a bit to gain a bit more access. Putting back together was little more tricky due to washers falling off when reaching up to start on threads of bolt. I used a small piece of painters tap to hold in place and then started nut onto bolt with air ratchet.

Thank you for the reply. That is good info. I was hoping for captured nuts or bolts but they can be a problem down the line. Did you use never sieze on the bolts for re-assembly?

I did not use anti sieze, but I don't see any problem because no water/moisture gets up there.

Looks like mine has bolts coming down from top. Heads are inside coach. Nuts and washers underneath. They are close to wheel well on mine. Subject to wheel spray. I think I will coat the threads to protect them from corrosion. Could be worse. I would rather remove the seat than mess up my back.
