Drop down overhead bunk

I have 2016 Thor ACE 30.1 motor coach , recently I went to drop the bunk down after removing the coach from storage, when I pressed the switch the bunk started lowering but after going down several inches the right side quit which caused the bunk to bind, now it appears the piston on that side is stuck although I can’t see in there very well cause the bed is only down a few inches, my question is how can I get the bed down so I can access the components for repair?

Update to this thread, I searched through several threads and actually found the solution to my problem, these forums can save you a ton of money on fixing the many problems your sure to encounter with what the wife calls “ the money pit”.

Sorry Pat, the best I can recall was a thread from bevedfelker on 9/12/20 in the maintenance and repair forum
