Challenger door question

WE have a 15 37KT and have a very hard opening/closing entry door. The dealer has worked on it twice. Has anyone else had an issue? If yes how was it fixed?

No issues with my door being hard to open but this weekend I had to put the strut back together. It came unscrewed from the ends. Right now it temporarily screwed back on and I'll need to remove it and tighten everything.

Ours was hard to open and close from purchase. Didn't catch it on our PDI. The latch broke on our 10th or so camping trip. Lucky that it happen as I was locking after putting back in storage. Replaced the latch under warranty, Thor also payed for Mobil service to come open the door and replace. The second latch was also hard to open and close. The alignment had to be adjusted with a file. Still firm, but better. I also push in alittle when locking and unlocking so that there is no pressure on the latch.

Ours was also hard to open/close but once I greased up the two door pins and the casing hardware where the pins meet, works fine now. Sometimes these door issues can take time to get the adjustments just right
