Replacing radio with JRV9000-installation help please

We're attempting to replace the radio, whose screen took a dive, with a new JRV9000. The problem is that the JRV9000 does not appear to be receiving power. We followed the instructions (probably the first mistake!), and can't figure it out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is your USE/STORE switch in USE?

There are generally two power leads to modern radios:
The "memory" power normally from the chassis battery, and
The "MAIN" power normally from the house batteries.

Other than my suggestion above you need to get a voltmeter and verify you have + 12 VDC to the leads that require it AND that the radio has a good ground.
