Electric issue

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a little help locating a hidden breaker or fuse on my Thor WindSport. I just had a brand new Pioneer installed and it was working great until I plugged the shore power in at home. There was a spark and you guessed it, now it doesn’t come on. It has a 10 amp fuse in the back and it looks good. I did have a breaker popped where my house batteries are located and reset it. Everything works great except the Pioneer. With the popped breaker and the fuse not blown I believe the unit is fine. It’s finding the other breaker or fuse.
Ideas anyone?

How does a 120 VAC GFI circuit prevent a 12 VDC Pioneer in-dash stereo from working?

Now maybe the converter was on the GFI circuit and not providing 12 VDC when plugged into SP, but shouldn't the house batteries supply 12 VDC regardless? Unless they are not connected to the DC Buss. Does the Pioneer still work if you unplug from SP?

I’m not sure myself. I just kept looking for something tripped and the GFI was it. I just had it installed a couple of days previously. I do know if I place it in Store mode it kills the power to the Pioneer. It doesn’t run off the motor, it runs off the house batteries. I’m just grateful it’s working again.
