Electric Step

Engine battery went dead and the electric step is now stuck out. I jumped the battery in the Challenger and it did start, but the steps stayed out. Prior to the battery going dead the step was in and when I found the battery dead the step was out. I don’t know if the battery isn’t charged enough to bring step in or if fuse blew.

I’m getting a new battery Monday. Hope that solves the problem if not I don’t know if there would be something else I would have to do to get the step in? I also have no idea where the fuse for the electric step would be located.

Any thoughts or info on this would be appreciated.
