It’s the Use/Store module
It clicks on/off from the switch
But obviously is broken at the connection port

I circumvented/wired around it by connecting the two cables together

So I’ll be fine for the remainder of the trip
Then I’ll order a new one & re-wire

I’ll keep you posted....
I know this has been discussed here before, but could you mention where the solenoid for the Use/Store is located on the 24.1?
Thanks

On my ‘17 I found it screwed to an inside, 1/2” thick, wood wall that surrounds the tankless hot water heater, about 16” behind the Converter.
So, under the fridge.
If you’re outside looking at the fridge vent, it’s behind the speaker & outlet on my ‘17, between the furnace & tankless hot water.

Thanks. I will take a look. I can hear it latching, but my old hearing is not as good as it used to be direction wise. Good to know where it is located just in case and with my Vegas, I have had a few of those.

Update: solenoid swap-out complete

Ok
Job is done
Here’s a few photos of the after photo, along with the corroded solenoid
I haven’t worked on it yet, but assume that once I clean it up it’ll be fine as a back-up

- Photo1 is the newly installed. Battery cable on one side, Converter cable on other. Two front connectors are for the switch wiring
- Photo2 is the old non-working Thor OEM
- Photo3 is the non-working corrosion. When in USE…the two posts are connected by the disk. But because of the corrosion, will not stick in place

Cleaned up the old one with a small wire brush on a Dremel
Should work fine now

So if you’re on the road and your USE/STORE switch goes out (you can hear the click, but it won’t stay on), you can begin by removing and connecting the two cables together.
That’ll get your power back on

Then if you choose to use the same solenoid switch…
- you can remove it, take it apart, clean-it-up, and re-install.
