City Water Problem

I'm having problems filling my water tank from city water connection. I drained the tank when we were to get freezing weather recently, but thought I now have all the valves turned correctly. What am I missing? We have a 2016 Vegas 24.1 Help please

Are you talking about the city connection on the driver's side? Or the tank fill on the passenger side?

If you're talking about the city one on the driver's side: You cannot fill the tank from there (unless you have a problem with your pump). The city connection simply provides pressurized water to the system so you don't have to use your tank.

If you are having problems with the filler on the passenger side: I would check the vent line for blockages or kinks (its easy to take the passenger bed "top" off to view the tank, pump and associated plumbing).

Ok, thanks. We are newbies and wasn't sure we had it right or not. We were able to fill the tank from the passenger side.

Yep, Jamie is correct as far as the Axis water system is concerned. Some other coaches I have seen can fill the tank in the way you were originally thinking.
