What is your gasoline level...if it is below 1/4 tank the generator will not start.

Did you have it on Store rather than Use ?
If you are on Shore Power...you should have the USE Switch on.

are you asking me? about the Use/Store switch ?
If so...it is next to the step well ... if you push Use, you will hear it engage..
When on Shore Power or any other time you are using your coach, it should be on USE ... if not, the battery charging system will not work properly.

We had a similar incident after purchasing our Axis 24.1 ..but turned out someone had robbed our coach of the converter ! Once we got past that we have had no battery problems

OK one more thing....in front of the Chassis BAttery is a black box..with a flag..if the flag is showing, it has been tripped and the battery will not charge.
...If I remember correctly....

I found the switch it is yellow. If I push it up the yellow disappears and the red pushbutton comes out. If I push the red button the yellow flag comes down into view. Do you no which way it should go. I found trinkle lawn mower charger. Why wouldn't the gen start does it. Start on car battery

flag should not show...

We just checked ours...yes...flag should not be out...red button out

Generator will not start because battery is dead .

the house batteries, also, have a box with a flag ... on ours it is to the left of the batteries (under the steps) ...

We would have to defer to someone else, as to why these boxes were tripped..perhaps a power surge .. do you have a surge protector on your post connection ?
