That's great! The reason I used a 15 amp fuse is because that is what Thor used in the orange line that runs from the BIRD to the right Trombetta post. The red wire provides the same function and power to the left Trombetta post so I used the same amp fuse. If the 5 amp fuse works, then it is fine. If it blows over time, you should be able to up it to a 15 amp fuse, if Thor was correct in that aspect??? Glad to hear you fixed your problem.

Does anyone know for sure if the Battery Connect switch on the dash still works after the red wire is cut and relocated. I seem to have the same problem with my 2016 Vegas. However before I found these threads I just though the battery connect switch/circuit did not work at all with the switch pushed.

Sorry loki1951, I am 4565 miles from my RV, so I cannot check. But I will when I get home - in a couple of months.
