Tank Heaters monitor problem
We just purchased a 2018 Thor Synergy with a Firefly Multiplex Wiring System Monitor. We have tank heater pads installed on both gray and black tanks. We noticed that right after we power the monitor, we can see a tank heater switch on the home menu. If we choose another menu on the monitor (light, climate/fans, slides or setup) when we come back to home menu afterwards, we noticed the switch is not there anymore (disappears). According to Thor the switch should be available all the time. Anyone had the same problem? if yes, how did you fix the problem?
