Entry door adjustment

I have a 2015 24.5 Thor Axis and the entry door rubs on bottom . It is rubbing on the gas shock and the door sill. It seems that there is some up and down movement. Is there a way to adjust the door upwards so that it doesn’t rub on bottom?

If you can get to the hinges and their mounting screws: try just loosening them up a smidgen, and lifting the door a bit...
(A big screwdriver wedged under the door should be useful)
Good luck!
