Im looking to buy a used 2014 Thor Tuscany 40RX what kind of issues should I be concerned about?

None of us have seen this RV, so it's tough to give advice...
Look for obvious signs of leakage and/or rot, clubbed-up ELE lyrical "repairs", and obvious signs of neglect and abuse.
