Traveling from NH to CO, 2012 Sprinter chassis
Recent service including oil change and filter.
Underway an icon on the speedo face of an old timey oil can over a sea of oil started flashing and oil n the place of the trip odo was”HI”,. After a while, icons went out and trip odo returned.... repeats randomly. Oil level is spot on. Cruise control with not engage while icons are displayed.

Means the oil level is too high. If you had it services recently, they may have overfilled it. Its tripping the sensor. Common issue on Mercedes. Check other forums for "Sprinter Oil Hi Message" to see examples.
