External Decorative Lights (or lenses)

Hi All,

I have a 1996 Four Winds 5000. This motorhome has 5 external decorative lights on the front, out side of the top bed (see attachment). On my recent trip, two cover lenses of the 5 lights are gone. Probably some tree branches had knocked them off.

I tried many stores, but none has the same lights. I tried to search online, but the problem is that I don't have the part no, neither I know the "term" to call it.

Can someone shed some lights? Where and how I can get the replacement parts?

Thanks.

Exclamation

Those are not "decorative" - they are required by law for vehicles over a certain size. They are usually referred to as "clearance lights". Your best bet is to try to pop off one of the remaining lenses and take it to a place like a NAPA store to see if they can match it.

Thank you Popfla. Using the "clearance lights", I was able to find quite a few places that sell replacement parts, including Amazon.

Truck stops sell them by the carton. They are all LED now.

That's right: swap them all out for LED models.

When replacing then, more than likely you will not get the exact replacements, so clean the areas very good and use proper (and a lot!) sealant recommended for your roof material, not silicone. This area will leak when driving in the rain if not properly prepped and sealed.
