Where's my BCC?

Just purchased a 2013 Thor Freedom Elite and there is no power to the outlets. I have checked the 120v breaker box and even replaced the breaker for the recepticles. I am being led to the BCC fuse box but I don't know where that is located. Can anyone help?

Check the CFI breaker plug in the bathroom it controls a lot of the AC plugs

Thanks for the quick reply. I forgot to mention that I tested and reset that breaker.

On my 2013 ACE the BCC (Battery Control Cabinet) controls many of the DC coach battery and chassis battery circuits (not AC). Do you have a transfer switch and generator in your coach? If yes does the running generator operate your AC receptacles OK? if yes, I would check the transfer switch wiring/operation on the shore power side. Use a multimeter on AC voltage settings and trace out where your shore power is good as it enters the coach and then stops. Make sure shore power is good first of course and use safe electrical procedures.
